L. Nabang is an AroAce, Cameroonian American writer who enjoys telling Fantasy and Fabulist stories that center around family, friendship, real-world issues, and the human condition (character-driven stories are her jam)! She’s passionate about giving more representation to Black youth through her work.

Nabang quickly fell in love with writing at five years old after she created a tale about a mermaid and a princess who became best friends. She never looked back. She wrote for fun in her early years but decided in high school to pursue writing as a career. She dedicated herself to honing her craft and continued to do so during her time in college. As of now, she’s written four novels.

Nabang recently graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a BA in English and Creative Writing where she was mentored one-on-one by award-winning literary author Megan Giddings. She also earned her Editing and Publishing certification under literary agent Savannah Brooks from KT Literary. She is currently working on YA Contemporary Fantasy.

When Nabang isn’t busy writing (or stressing about Law school), she’s either reading a good book, bopping to BTS like the ARMY she is, or binge-watching anime.
